Nikki Giavasis has only recently warned police of her involvement with Bobby Cutts, Jr., saying he was violent and volatile. Cutts is not technically suspect in the disappearance of his girlfriend Jessie Davis, but most believe that the situation is suspicious. Davis was pregnant at the time of her disappearance, and a newborn recently found on a doorstep is presumed hers. Nikki Giavasis, now a model, holds an influential position in the case of the disappearance, because of the information she has just revealed about Cutts’, including the restraining order she held against him. Cutts, a police officer, was abusive to both Nikki Giavasis and her daughter.
