News of different Christina Milian dating partners is controversial, but sources now say Christina is engaged to music producer Dre after leaving a lengthy stint with Nick Cannon. Though not all #1s, Milian songs like “AM to PM” or “Who’s Gonna Ride” serve as women’s anthems to carry to the clubs.
